Privacy policy

Who we are

LEAP WORKS LLC is a small agency in Dover, New Hampshire. This policy covers leapworks.io. The quickest way to reach us about privacy is the contact form.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form: your name, email, business name, website or town, what you need help with, and your message.
• A spam check. Cloudflare Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. It doesn't ask you to identify pictures, and Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers it.
• Visit counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, referring sites, and device types in total. It uses no cookies, doesn't follow you to other sites, and doesn't build a profile of you.
• Standard server records. Like every website, our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

What we don't do

• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no tracking pixels.
• We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
• No calls to Google for fonts or other page parts. Everything loads from our own site.
• We never use your messages to train AI.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, so there's no cookie banner. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from bots and attacks.

How we use your information

• To reply to your message and set up a call.
• To discuss, propose, and provide our services if you become a client.
• To keep normal records of our business correspondence.
• To keep the site and the form safe from spam and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site and deliver your message, and only what they need:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the spam check, security, and visit counts.
• Amazon Web Services delivers form messages to our inbox by email.
• Google Workspace hosts our email, where your message is stored.
• Muse, by Meta, an AI agent, helps us keep up with email. Training on our data is turned off. See How we use AI.

We'd also disclose information if the law required it, or to a buyer if the business were ever sold, under the same protections.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as business correspondence for as long as they're useful to us, and client records for as long as the engagement and our tax and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form, and we'll respond within 45 days, usually much sooner. We may need to confirm it's really you first.

Security

The whole site runs over an encrypted connection, form messages travel encrypted, and only LEAP WORKS reads them. Two-step sign-in protects our email, hosting, and email-delivery accounts.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us something, let us know and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll say so here.
