AI policy and safe AI tools for small businesses
Pick the right tools. Keep your data in-house. Give your team clear rules.
Your team is already using AI. LEAP WORKS helps you choose AI tools that keep company and customer information private, set them up safely, and write simple rules everyone can follow.

Your team is already using AI. The real question is whether anyone has written down the rules.
Three jobs, done for you.
Most AI risk in a small business isn't exotic. It's a free account, a pasted spreadsheet, and nobody sure what's allowed.
Choose the right AI tools
We look at what your team needs, compare the options, and recommend business plans that protect your information. Then we set them up: the right privacy settings, company accounts, and access for the people who need it.

Client files, financials, and employee records shouldn't end up in someone else's AI. We decide what can and can't go into AI tools, and check each vendor's data practices before you sign up.

Does my small business need an AI policy?
If anyone on your team uses ChatGPT, Copilot, or another AI tool for work, yes. A short policy covering approved tools, what stays out, and who to ask protects your clients and your business.
Can employees use ChatGPT with customer information?
Only in a tool and plan set up to protect it. Some free AI tools can use what you type to improve their models unless you change the settings. We help you choose business plans with the right protections.
Are you lawyers?
No. We help with the practical side: choosing tools, setting them up safely, writing the policy, and training your team. If your industry has specific legal requirements, we'll say so and work alongside your attorney.
How long does it take to get started?
About a month to an approved tool list and a written policy, with team training in the second month.
